To address the application for a Use Variance on property owned by Justin Smith. The property is located at 10340 Watson Rd., Newark, Ohio. Asking to allow for mechanical and repair work. A copy of the appeal is on file with the Board of Appeals and is available for inspection with the Zoning Inspector at (740)618-3820. The Licking County Auditor's Office is currently advising residents to only pay the first half of this year's property tax bill due to a likely tax code change to happen in 2026.
